About this Ozeconference

The first AARNet OzeConference for 2010 will update you on our efforts to move to a new online system to book audio and video conferences, and an opportunity to review (comment/add to) requirements that have been gathered so far.  Any contributions to possible solutions to those requirements (products, architecture etc) would be very much appreciated!

Attendees are asked to review the briefing paper prior to the Ozeconference

  • Background to the current CMP123 online booking system
  • Known improvements needed to CMP123
  • AARNet work to date to move towards a new solution
  • Review of current requirements gathered so far
  • General discussion

  • There is no need to register and test beforehand for the Ozeconference.
  • Participation will be on a first come, first served basis until all ports on the SD MCU are full
  • You can join 15 minutes before the start of the Ozeconference (12.45PM AEDST)
  • You will be able to join up to 30 minutes after the Ozeconference has started

This session is geared towards video conferencing administrators, technicians and users of the current CMP123 online booking form in use by the education and research sectors in both Australia and New Zealand. 

Members of the past MCU Review Project Group and subscribers to the vvc-l@aarnet.edu.au and CAVE-L list are particularly encouraged to attend.
