Richelo Killian is Deputy Director, Service Operations within Digital Technology Services at Charles Darwin University.
Rich has a career of over three decades in technology leadership roles across Australia, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and South Africa, spanning higher education, financial services, energy, telecommunications, and enterprise software.
He has led the design, delivery, and operation of enterprise infrastructure, service management, and student platforms at scale, and has founded and grown independent Software as a Service (SaaS) businesses in parallel. His focus is on building proactive, end-to-end digital services that meaningfully support the academic, research, and student mission of the modern university.
Rich is a graduate of the CAUDIT Leadership Institute (CLI).
