Meet Cassie

Cassie is AARNet’s Operations Centre Manager and has the mammoth role of leading a customer facing team responsible for application support, network monitoring, incident response, and change management.

Cassie jokes that she has been at AARNet for a third of her life, starting back in 2010 as a NOC Operator. Through the support and encouragement of her leader, Cassie has developed her career within AARNet, moving through supporting roles into the leadership position she holds today.

Cassie describes that from day one, the difference with AARNet was the friendly nature of the team, as well as the support offered from all areas of the business. She continues to learn every day from her peers and her team, and no day is ever the same.

We're very proud of Cassie’s achievements within AARNet and her continued dedication to levelling up our customer service.
