International Data Week (IDW) 2025 is the leading global gathering for researchers, data professionals, policymakers, and industry leaders committed to unlocking the power of data. Bringing together the RDA Plenary and SciDataCon, it creates a unique forum where communities from across disciplines and sectors connect to share knowledge, build collaborations, and shape the future of data.

With the theme “Data for Positive Change,” the event highlights how data can drive innovation, empower communities, and advance science for the benefit of society. Through keynotes, workshops, and interactive sessions, participants will explore new approaches to data sharing, governance, and reuse, while forging the partnerships needed to ensure data works for everyone.
