foundingGIDE Community Event 2025

Bringing together the imaging community to build a global, FAIR, and interoperable ecosystem for biological and preclinical imaging data

The foundingGIDE Community Event 2025 brings together researchers, imaging facilities, data stewards, policy makers, and developers to advance interoperability and standardisation in biological and preclinical imaging. The event focuses on harmonising metadata, ontologies, and workflows to enable a global ecosystem where imaging data is findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable (FAIR).

This collaborative meeting is themed around creating a sustainable, community-driven framework for imaging data, fostering connections across disciplines, and developing practical solutions to shared challenges.
