Held annually in New York since 2008, the World Science Festival first came to Brisbane in 2016 with an event that attracted over 120,000 attendees.

2017's festival is hosted by Queensland Museum and hosts international physicists, marine biologists, environmental scientists and extraordinary thought-leaders for five days of thought-provoking discussions, interactive workshops, and theatrical performances that will inspire inquisitive minds of all ages.
