AARNet was involved into this event organisation from the early stage, providing information regarding venues' availability around Victoria. All sites were tested prior the event and room access arangements were managed by AARNet staff members. On the day of the event, conference was set up by NVCS and full conference monitoring was provided. The Universities in rural locations have all made available their video conferencing facilities for this day long conference. To read more about the event please click here .
