Fortnightly testing sessions

NVCS is providing a dedicated test window on a fortnightly basis on the first and third Tuesdays of each month to provide more effective testing option than individual appointments and ad-hoc testing. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

During these sessions, you can meet with NVCS staff and test your videoconferencing system and your connection quality. You can test your audio and video set up as well as various connection scenarios ( sharing presentation, different codec settings, bandwidth etc).

Just connect to the test session and an NVCS staff member will join you for a test where available. In the event of all staff being busy you may wish to try again later in the test session.

WHEN?

1st Tuesday of each month  from 9:00am until 1:00pm AEST (UTC +10)
3rd Tuesday of each month from 1:00pm until 5:00pm   AEST (UTC +10)

Important note: Please note that we do not perform a  scheduled Quality Assurance tests during this test windows.
