24 x 7 NOC Services

AARNet now offers customers the services of its 24x7 Network Operations Centre (NOC).

The AARNet NOC operates on a staffed 24x7 basis. The growing team currently consists of 8 dedicated staff, based in both Sydney and Perth.

AARNet NOC Services provides:

• 24x7 event monitoring of your critical infrastructure and applications.
• Professionally managed response and escalation of incidents.
• Independent reporting for services levels and performance metrics.
