Conferencing Services Use Stats

Services offered to AARNet customers need to be regularly reviewed to gather feedback on the value of each service from end user feedback and actual use so that any capacity constraints can be planned for, and any downward trends can be examined and acted on appropriately. 

The following graph shows the use of our conferencing services as at the end of  December 2011.  

Notes:

Recording of usage on the Polycom RMX 4000 and Codian HD/SD bridges is integrated into the report. 

The decline in customer hours in the last quarter of 2011 is due to a number of schools moving to their own dedicated MCU solution.
