Further, the Australian Community of Rich Media Expertise is developing professional development modules for use across the sector which also address recommendations in The results of the AARNet Survey on Video over IP in the Australian Academic & Research Sector (2006).
Current Status

The project has commenced with input from The University of New England, The University of Wollongong and University of Queensland applying for and having received funding for specific work on the deployment and use of this technology for teaching and learning.  Other institutions supporting this bid include AARNet, Wainhouse Research, ServicePoint Australia and Mediastroom.
