What is eduroam?

eduroam is a location independent wireless network, allowing mobility between participants wireless infrastructure with seamless user authentication and enforcement of local security policy

Eduroam User Support

eduroam support is not available for individual end users, only for staff at participating institutions who support eduroam services. End users should contact help desks at home institution to get access to eduroam, those with eduroam credentials that have problem accessing eduroam should contact either their home or visited institutions.

For IT services staff who wish to deploy eduroam or are experiencing operational difficulties with eduroam services they support on campus that cannot be resolved locally, please email support@eduroam.edu.au so that a ticket can be automatically created and assigned to AARNet technical staff who will then contact you.
